Management Portal Redesign

Evertune develops AI-powered tools that help brands measure and improve visibility across AI-driven search and large language models (LLMs). Their platform identifies which sources shape AI answers and provides a data-driven strategy to improve brand presence in AI-generated responses.

I joined as a freelance designer to redesign the management portal, focusing on clarity, scalability, and visual consistency while aligning with the product vision defined internally by Evertune’s team.

Challenge

  • Translate complex AI insights into a clean and scannable UI for marketers and analysts.

  • Ensure visual consistency across 60+ screens with different data visualizations.

  • Work within a lean process: no dedicated research phase on my side, but strong collaboration with product stakeholders

Business impact
The management portal is the main interface for brands to interpret their AI Brand Index and act on insights. A fragmented and unclear UI meant slower adoption and difficulty translating data into actions. The redesign was critical to improve client retention, drive product adoption, and strengthen Evertune’s positioning as the go-to platform for AI-driven brand visibility.

Process

Weekly stakeholder syncs

  • Met directly with product leads and company founders in weekly sessions.

  • Gathered their analysis of customer needs and market insights.

  • Clarified priorities and scope for each iteration.

  • UI-focused design delivery

    • Translated stakeholder input into high-fidelity UI screens in Figma.

    • Applied UX knowledge to improve hierarchy, navigation, and readability — even without direct research ownership.

    • Built modular components (tables, dashboards, cards, filters) to maintain consistency.

  • Iteration & validation

    • Presented updates weekly for review and feedback.

    • Iterated rapidly to match business priorities and align with the technical roadmap.

Results

  • Delivered 60+ redesigned portal screens (dashboards, reporting, account flows, AI Brand Score visualizations).

  • Created a component library in Figma, reducing inconsistencies and enabling faster handoff to dev.
